You are responsible for configuring OmniNVR and connected cameras in accordance with the laws, permissions, and network policies that apply to you.
Application license
Apps obtained through Apple are provided under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate agreement is presented at purchase.
Your systems and recordings
You are responsible for cameras, credentials, storage, network access, notices, consent, retention, exports, and any third-party integrations you configure.
Availability
Camera and codec compatibility depends on the device, firmware, network, stream format, and protocol implementation. Features may change as the software evolves.
Safety and lawful use
Do not use OmniNVR to access cameras without authorization, violate privacy, or record where recording is prohibited. OmniNVR is not an emergency response service.
